Hoyleton Youth and Family Services is offering a Masters-level clinical internship for students to gain practical experience in community counseling. Interns will shadow the Mobile Crisis Response team and engage with community-based services through school partnerships.
Key responsibilities include observing therapeutic services, participating in clinical staffing, and completing required documentation. Candidates must be at least 21 and have a valid driver’s license. The role is based in Fairview Heights with occasional travel.

This position will include opportunities to shadow Hoyleton’s Mobile Crisis Response team and in working in the community-based services through our school partnerships.

This position operates in a professional office setting at the Fairview Heights headquarters with occasional travel to other agency sites based on role responsibilities.
The role involves periods of walking, standing, or sitting, and may occasionally require climbing stairs, bending, kneeling, or lifting materials up to 20 pounds, depending on job duties.
Minimal exposure to environmental factors such as noise, dust, or varying indoor/outdoor temperatures may occur depending on program needs and client-related activities.
