Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate’s Degree in Information Systems preferred.
• 3 years of hospital clinical experience.

Aufgaben

• Acts as liaison between clinicians, facility and corporate IS.
• Trains physicians and clinicians in information systems usage.
• Conducts training for GME Residents, Medical students and Nursing Students.
• Sets up and maintains Physicians with EPrescribe and EPCS.
• Monitors systems and tests patches and upgrades.
• Supports training strategy development and end-user education.
• Provides on-call after-hours support for clinical issues.
