The IS Support Specialist will serve as a liaison among hospital departments, information systems, physicians, and Corporate IS to maintain and improve clinical and non-clinical computer systems. Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate's Degree in Information Systems preferred.
• 3 years hospital clinical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains liaison between ARMC departments, IS, physicians and Corporate Information Systems.
• Supports clinical and non-clinical computer systems.
• Develops and executes test plans for system performance.
• Manages user access and security, including terminating accounts.
• Provides end-user training and resolves system issues.
• Assists on-call on a rotation with IS personnel.
• Monitors systems and updates documentation.
• Coordinates workaround until final resolution.
