Job summary

Parrish Medical Center is seeking a qualified professional to support the hospital information systems (HIS) clinical modules and provide ongoing technical and application support. The role acts as the primary liaison with clinical staff and HIM vendors to ensure efficient utilization of automated systems.

The candidate will evaluate new software, develop training materials, and collaborate with the Clinical Coordinators to assess needs, complete projects, and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required in Health or computer-related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in healthcare IT.
• Experience with clinical information systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and installation of HIS clinical information modules.
• Educate users and coordinate with clinical staff on module functionality.
• Develop training materials and deliver training across shifts.
• Create/customize reports and data fields for clinical needs.
