Job summary

Virtua Health seeks a Clinical Informaticist to collaborate with clinicians and leaders to transform care delivery and IT governance. You will analyze workflows, ensure safe use of clinical apps, and support implementation across Epic platforms.

Required are 4+ years in clinical practice and a Masters in Nursing or Clinical Informatics, with Epic certification preferred. The role offers full-time hours, on-site work, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of clinical practice in a healthcare environment.
• Analytical, problem solving and strong communication skills.
• Masters degree in nursing informatics or clinical informatics; IT training preferred.
• Epic clinical applications certification or certification in related informatics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and end users to support clinical transformation and IT governance.
• Drive operational readiness, implementation, testing, training and sustainability of IT solutions.
• Identify data-driven opportunities to improve care outcomes and reduce alert fatigue.
• Mentor informatics staff and participate in IT user groups.
