Job summary

The role drives adoption, interoperability, and optimization of clinical systems under senior guidance.

The position emphasizes process improvement, change management, and operational readiness strategies to deliver technology solutions and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of clinical practice experience in a healthcare environment; Informatics experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication.
• Professional Board Certification in informatics preferred.
• Masters degree in nursing or clinical informatics; additional IT/CS training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and document current and future state workflows to streamline processes and reduce points of failure.
• Integrate workflow and IT efficiency solutions to improve end-user adoption and patient outcomes.
• Lead clinical transformation and operational readiness strategies; define and deliver technology solutions.
• Support implementation and optimization of IT applications across design, build, testing, training, and rollout phases.
• Conduct operational readiness activities and provide at-the-elbow support for projects.
• Ensure safe and effective use of IT clinical applications and downtime readiness.
• Mentor Informatics Liaisons and educate the organization on technology-enabled care.
