Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Clinical Informatics Specialist to advance our informatics strategy. The role provides independent, hands-on support to optimize EMR adoption, align workflows, and bridge frontline clinicians with IT teams to improve patient safety and documentation quality.

You will collaborate on governance processes, drive enterprise initiatives, and support clinician experience across care settings.

Qualifications

Proficient experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred).
Strong understanding of clinical workflows and documentation practices.
Ability to analyze workflows and recommend informatics-based improvements.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 office products.
Familiarity with Data Analytics, Epic Reporting Tools and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

Advance AdventHealth’s clinical informatics strategy with hands-on support and optimization.
Bridge frontline clinicians, clinical operations, and IT teams to ensure effective system adoption and workflow alignment.
Contribute to governance processes and drive improvements in clinician experience and documentation quality.
Help enhance patient safety across the continuum of care.
