Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between IT and clinical/operational partners at Ball Memorial Hospital.
• Provide day-to-day Cerner support and work toward Epic accreditation/certification.
• Support additional clinical technologies used across the care environment.
• Coach new providers and clinical staff on effective use of health information systems.
• Resolve support tickets and provide virtual and on-site technical assistance.
• Proactively rounding in offices and clinical areas to build relationships and identify support needs.
• Support data analytics and quality of care measures to improve population health outcomes.
• Utilize process improvement and change management skills to promote efficiency through technology.
• Consider the impact of technological changes on patient safety, healthcare delivery, and quality reporting.
