Job summary
CVS Health is seeking an Enterprise Clinical EHR Policy Development & AI Technology Assessment Lead to oversee policy governance, workflow standardization, and enterprise audit support.
You will collaborate with clinical operations, Epic teams, Privacy, Compliance, Legal, Information Security, and Finance to align policy with practice, safety, and regulatory obligations while reporting to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience.
- Position may be eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to base pay.

Responsibilities
- Own the development, maintenance, governance, and implementation of enterprise clinical workflow policies and standards across care settings.
- Translate requirements into clear, actionable EHR-enabled policies implemented across care settings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across care settings during policy development and maintenance.
- Support workflow standardization initiatives and ensure enterprise policies reflect approved workflows and regulatory obligations.
- Monitor and evaluate policy adherence and enterprise policy requirements.
