CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise clinical policy development, workflow standardization, and AI-enabled Epic technology assessment. You will partner with clinical leadership, Quality & Safety, Privacy, Compliance, and IT to translate requirements into actionable policies and ensure safe, compliant Epic utilization.

The role emphasizes change management, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting within a fast-growing healthcare technology environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience is required.
• Clinician is preferred, but not required.
• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the development, maintenance, governance, and implementation of enterprise clinical workflow policies and standards across care settings.
• Translate clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable EHR‑enabled policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across care settings to ensure content is accurate, applicable, and adherable.
• Support workflow standardization initiatives with Epic stakeholders and reflect approved workflows, patient safety requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Lead enterprise‑wide assessment of AI‑enabled Epic capabilities and related platforms; define evaluation frameworks.
• Provide governance and reporting for policy, audit, and technology decisions; drive adoption and change management.
