U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a Clinical Pharmacist with strong informatics background to serve as a liaison across Pharmacy and clinical information systems. The role includes designing dashboards, monitoring pharmacotherapy outcomes, and supporting formulary management.

The incumbent will collaborate with pharmacy leadership, IT, and clinical teams to optimize patient care. Requires Doctor of Pharmacy degree and current licensure in the United States.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist must hold Doctor of Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D.) or BS Pharmacy and be licensed/registered.
• Verification from ACPE for degree programs if applicable.
• Full current and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in the United States (state/territory/DC).
• Foreign grads must show FPGEC certification and TOEFL iBT if applicable.

Responsibilities

• The Clinical Informatics Pharmacist serves as liaison among Pharmacy Services, informatics, and clinical teams.
• Develops and maintains dashboards and reporting tools for medication-use oversight and safety.
• Performs data analysis on workload, drug costs, and outcomes related to pharmacotherapy.
