Job summary

Bluestone is seeking a Clinical Informaticist to drive optimal use of EHRs, improve patient care, and support data-driven decisions across ambulatory and acute care settings.

The role requires a BSN or equivalent clinical background with hands-on EHR implementation experience and the ability to lead educational efforts for clinicians and staff. Remote/hybrid work is available with occasional travel to Stillwater, MN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent clinical degree.
• 3+ years in informatics/EHR build and workflows.
• 3+ years in a clinical setting with providers and teams.
• Experience implementing or standardizing clinical workflows in an EHR.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in EHR workflows to enhance care delivery and documentation.
• Translate clinical workflows into efficient EHR processes.
• Use data analytics to drive process improvements and best practices.
• Lead EHR optimization initiatives including workflow redesign and templates.
• Provide education, training, and support for EHR enhancements.
• Act as liaison between clinical users, operations, and IT teams.
