Job summary

Bluestone Physician Services seeks a Clinical Informaticist, RN, to lead EHR optimization, align clinical workflows with IT solutions, and improve documentation quality across ambulatory and acute care settings.

Ideal candidates have a BSN and 3+ years in informatics/EHR, with remote/hybrid work and travel for onboarding and site visits. Strong collaboration with clinicians and operations is essential.

Qualifications

• BSN or equivalent clinical degree.
• 3+ years of informatics/EHR experience.
• 3+ years in a clinical setting.
• Experience optimizing workflows and documentation in an EHR.

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert in EHR workflows to enhance care delivery and documentation.
• Translate clinical workflows into efficient EHR processes.
• Use data to drive process improvement and quality.
• Lead EHR optimization projects and template development.
• Provide education and support for EHR enhancements and upgrades.
• Liaise between clinical users, operations, and IT for alignment.
