Community Health Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Informatics Systems Adoption Specialist to lead Oracle Health Cerner training, onboarding, readiness, and workflow adoption across facilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Allied Health, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in clinical systems training, onboarding, informatics education, or EHR adoption, including advanced experience with Oracle Health nursing workflows OR 5 years with a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate instructor‑led, virtual, simulation-based, and on‑demand learning activities aligned with approved Oracle Health nursing workflows and role‑based responsibilities to support safe and effective patient care.
• Design and facilitate realistic workflow practice and competency validation for high‑risk nursing processes and assigned Oracle Health solutions.
• Provide advanced end‑user support during implementations, conversions, upgrades, optimization initiatives, go‑live events, and stabilization activities.
• Support adoption of approved clinical workflows that improve clinician efficiency, patient safety, care quality, and regulatory compliance.
