Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in healthcare, education or IT.
• Epic Certification for assigned support area within 1 year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Leads adoption of clinical information systems to improve patient and clinician experience.
• Builds trusted advisor relationships with clinical, business and operations leaders.
• Coordinates with IS and care teams to optimize technology use.
• Collaborates with UW Health IS on tickets, projects and changes.
