Nordic Consulting Partners, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Informatics Analyst in Charleston, SC to plan, deploy, and train on clinical systems that impact patient care. You’ll analyze clinical practices, support transformation on care units, and ensure optimal use of IT in clinical workflows.

The role requires a clinical degree and SC licensure with two+ years of clinical experience, plus strong communication and ITIL-based service management knowledge. Occasional on-call and travel may be required.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited clinical program (RN, RT, PT, OT, SLP) with a degree required.
• Licensed clinician in the state of South Carolina or holds a current compact/multi-state license.
• Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with ITIL-aligned service management processes (Incident, Request, Change).
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Experience in managing application support and documentation.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
