You will analyze clinical practices, support system deployment, test updates, and lead on-site user training while traveling as needed. The role emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and reliable care through information technology.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited clinical program required (e.g., RN, RT, PT, OT, SLP).
• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Currently licensed as a clinician in the state specified or holds a current multi-state license in a recognized compact state.
• Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in ITIL-aligned service management processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience in managing application support and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting the deployment of clinical information systems for all clients; provide on-the-elbow technical support.
• Participate in development of clinical information systems content and design; research and evaluate best practices.
• Participate in testing, evaluation, and maintenance of clinical systems; provide regular feedback.
• Provide a consistent presence on care units to support clinical transformation and assist staff with IT.
• Facilitate communication and foster collaborative relationships with clinical and non-clinical users of clinical systems.
• Demonstrate and maintain proficient use of installed information systems.
• Prioritize and respond to client support needs; articulate plans and follow up.
• Recommend modifications to improve clinical care and workflow; participate in ongoing refinement of systems.
• Perform other duties as required.
