Nordic Global is seeking a Clinical Informatics Analyst to participate in planning, development, implementation, education, and training of clinical systems that impact patient care. The analyst will identify clinical practice and processes to recommend modifications or solutions for improved care efficiency and effectiveness.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited clinical program; RN/RT/PT/OT/SLP, etc.
• Licensed as a clinician in SC or current multi-state license if not SC resident.
• Proven analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Experience with ITIL-aligned service management (Incident, Request, Change).
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience in managing application support and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in deployment of clinical information systems; provide on‑site support.
• Develop and evaluate clinical information systems content and standards.
• Test, evaluate and maintain clinical systems; provide regular feedback.
• Support staff on clinical transformation and maximize IT use.
• Foster collaboration between clinical and non‑clinical users of systems.
• Demonstrate proficient use of installed information systems.
• Prioritize client needs and plan/address them with follow-up.
• Participate in ongoing refinement of systems.
• Performs other duties as required.
