Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking a clinical implementation specialist to support deployment and integration of enterprise health IT solutions, aligning with regulatory requirements and patient care workflows.

This role partners with clinical, IT, and administrative teams to plan, execute, and optimize implementations, monitor progress, analyze data, train users, resolve issues, and ensure post‑go live support that sustains efficiency and quality of care.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of direct clinical, health care technology implementation, or clinical program management experience.
• RN/APSW or licensed clinician required per state contract/regulatory mandates.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (Epic/Cerner/Meditech).

Responsibilities

• Supports planning and execution of clinical system implementations.
• Develops and executes implementation plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Ensures compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
• Assists during implementation phases to ensure smooth adoption of new workflows and technologies.
• Serves as a resource for clinical teams and resolves issues promptly.
• Delivers post-implementation support to maintain system functionality and optimize performance.
• Provides ongoing support and troubleshooting during and after implementation.
