Job summary

RPMGlobal is seeking a Clinical Account Executive to drive sales strategies in the MidAtlantic region (MD, Virginia, DC). The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships and communicating medical imaging solutions with clarity and professionalism.

The incumbent will prospect new clients, quote prices, and coordinate with Billing, Reimbursement, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to support customers through the purchase cycle.

Qualifications

Three to five years of medical sales experience; Nuclear Medicine or Medical Imaging experience a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Science, Medical or Clinical related field required.
Proven interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills for interacting with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing customer service, support and implementation of Company's value proposition.
Prospect and develop new accounts and grow existing accounts through enhanced relationships and communication of technical and medical product information.
Execute the Company business plan and strategic initiatives to meet or exceed annual budgets.
Coordinate with Company resources to assist customers with Billing, Reimbursement, Customer Service, Medical Affairs, Marketing, or other needs, including sales presentations.
Communicate across all Company departments and with Management on commercial sales and service items.
Prepare price quotations and contracts, negotiate and finalize sales for potential customers.
Perform clinical in-services and provide education programs for professional staff (doctors, nurses, etc.)
Work with Sales Leadership to design and implement marketing and educational strategies for promotion and growth of molecular imaging.
Assist customers in initiating their PET program through facility design, licensing, hot lab setup, protocol development, etc.
Maintain knowledge of products, services, and business intelligence.
Plan sales exhibits, attend trade shows, and participate in education and training conferences.
Assist Regional Directors in monthly reports and annual projections/forecasting of territory sales metrics.
