Seeking a Clinical Housing Specialist

Full-Time Employment: 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm. Location: 3540 E. Baseline Rd., Unit #150, Phoenix AZ, 85042.

Full Benefits Package - Including 401K. Generous PTO/Sick Time (3+ weeks in Year 1). Additional Language Differential Pay Available. NOW OFFERING AN ADDITIONAL $1.50/hr. SMI DIFFERENTIAL.

Under supervision of site management, the Clinical Housing Specialist performs duties in support of therapeutic services and provides comprehensive direct support services which are structured to meet the needs of an adult population composed of SMI, dual diagnosed and/or referred persons. Responsible for working with the member to facilitate access to housing opportunities, address housing permanency and support the independent living in a community setting; performs related duties as required.
