The role requires analyzing client data, developing business plans, and collaborating on formulary strategies, utilization management, and clinical programs to drive profitability and growth. This full-time position may be remote within the United States, with up to 50% travel and a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of managed care pharmacist experience or 1 year of Managed Care Residency program.
• Active pharmacist license that is in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role within the managed care environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of and experience with utilization management trends and programs within the managed care environment.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, proficient analytical ability with effective listening & presentation skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the clinical relationship with health plan stakeholders and influence key decision makers.
• Analyze client data and market conditions to develop and execute a comprehensive business plan.
• Collaborate on formulary options, utilization management edits, and program development.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and drive client value targets.
• Travel up to 50% as needed to support clients.
