The role spans multiple market segments and requires direct client engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic program design.

The advisor will analyze data, develop business plans, and drive profitability while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Competenze

• 3+ years of managed care pharmacist experience or 1 year of Managed Care Residency program.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role within the managed care environment.
• Understanding of utilization management trends and programs in managed care.

• Manage clinical relationships across multiple key decision makers in health plans.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to support client profitability and growth.
• Collaborate with internal partners to modify formularies and programs for client needs.
