Aston Group in Sarasota, FL seeks a Clinical Liaison to drive facility growth through strategic marketing, referral development, and community engagement. This role builds strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and post-acute providers to ensure seamless patient transitions and increased admissions.

The Clinical Liaison supports admissions by gathering clinical information, conducting pre-admission assessments, and collaborating with marketing teams to boost census

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in licensed field, ideally within rehabilitation, LTACH, or related post-acute setting.
• Prior marketing or business development experience, preferably in senior living, skilled nursing, or healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage physicians, healthcare professionals, and community partners professionally and tactfully.

Responsabilités

• Referral Development & Relationship Management: Build and sustain relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, rehab centers, and home care agencies.
• Admissions & Clinical Support: Manage patient referrals through admission process and understand inpatient rehab and LTACH criteria.
• Marketing & Community Engagement: Develop and implement marketing strategies and participate in community events to grow census and brand awareness.
• Strategic Leadership: Contribute to planning to enhance services and referral networks.
