Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review clinical cases and grievances to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct clinically based concurrent and retrospective chart reviews.
• Collaborate with medical management staff to respond to grievances.
• Act as liaison between patient, hospital, and community to support care and satisfaction.
• Develop written responses following complaint handling procedures and obtain approvals.
