Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operates, maintains, and cleans equipment (menus, computers, trays, toasters, microwaves, coffee machines).
• Reads menus accurately and ensures proper portion control and storage.
• Oversees kitchen and tray-line operations; supports new admissions and staffing adjustments.
• Verifies daily schedules, assigns tasks, and conducts new employee orientation and competency checks.
• Keeps storage areas clean and orderly; serves as patient meal host/diet clerk; ensures kitchen is secured at night.
