Responsibilities

• Completes weekly meal rounds to ensure quality meals for patients.
• Documents meal rounds in the computer system and reviews results with the Patient Services Manager.
• Responds promptly to unsatisfied patients and resolves issues with the team.
• Maintains and updates department visual aids, such as display boards showing patient satisfaction.
• Documents and files Patient Services initiatives like tray assessments and audits.
• Assists Hospitality Specialists as needed.
