Job summary

Chamberlain University seeks a Clinical Coordination Specialist to support students’ field experiences, coordinating relationships with partner sites and managing contract processes.

The role involves collaborating with managers and program leaders to ensure timely scheduling, data accuracy, and high-quality student experiences across sites. A strong emphasis is placed on stakeholder communication and project coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years demonstrated business development and/or relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Researches and manages relationships with agency sites for student field experiences and evaluates the experience.
• Oversees clinical affiliation agreements, including drafting, renewing, and terminating contracts.
• Manages relationships with existing agency partners to ensure student and site satisfaction.
• Serves as first point of contact for faculty, students and partners regarding field experiences.
