Job Description

Opportunity at a Glance

The Clinical Coordination Specialist supports students by coordinating all student field experiences and collaborating with managers, clinical relations, and program/local leaders to identify partners for evidence‑based learning opportunities. The specialist embodies the mission of Chamberlain, represents the university to agencies and stakeholders, and reports to the Manager, Clinical Relations with a dotted‑line report to the program/location leader.

Responsibilities
  • Research, manage, and evaluate relationships with agency sites for student field experiences.
  • Oversee clinical affiliation agreements, obtaining contract signatures and developing, renewing, or terminating contracts.
  • Maintain relationships with existing agency partners to ensure student and site satisfaction.
  • Serve as first point of contact for faculty, students, and partners; identify and report concerns to managers.
  • Coordinate and attend events such as Clinical Partner Summits and consortium meetings.
  • Maintain innovative partnerships, ensuring strong relationships and increasing inventory when needed.
  • Understand Chamberlain curricula and articulate these to stakeholders.
  • Participate in academic planning and scheduling, monitoring inventory and securing adequate inventory.
  • Complete work in a timely manner, including documentation, tracking assignments, and data entry into Chamberlain’s systems.
  • Extract data from systems of record and partner‑specific CRM systems for stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage compliance and partner‑specific requirements.
  • Ensure completion of site evaluations.
  • Support student journey through consistent, timely, and proactive communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 3 years of business development and/or relationship management experience.
  • Problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Preferred: knowledge of or experience in the healthcare field.
  • Self‑starter who can complete tasks efficiently and independently.
Salary

Expected salary range: $38,894.07 – $70,391.61. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job‑related factors permitted by law, including experience, training, location, licensure, certifications, market factors, departmental budgets, and responsibility.
