Job summary

Chamberlain University in New Jersey seeks a Clinical Coordination Specialist to create and maintain high-quality clinical opportunities for students. You will work with academic leaders, healthcare partners, faculty, and students to ensure meaningful, evidence-based placements and strong partnerships.

You will report to the Manager, Clinical Relations in a collaborative, matrixed environment and contribute to program growth and student success through proactive coordination and exceptional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, relationship management, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Outstanding interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Healthcare industry experience or knowledge preferred.
• Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with healthcare agencies and clinical partners.
• Identify and secure new clinical placement opportunities that support student learning and program growth.
• Serve as a trusted liaison between Chamberlain University and partner organizations.
• Attend industry events, partner meetings, and community engagements to strengthen partnerships.
• Coordinate student clinical and field experience placements to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
• Monitor placement capacity and secure sufficient clinical inventory to meet student needs.
• Manage contract and compliance documentation, including renewals and amendments.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports to support decision-making.
