Job summary

Chamberlain University seeks a Clinical Coordination Specialist to coordinate student field experiences, manage clinical affiliation agreements, and build strong partnerships with partner sites and internal leaders. This role supports faculty, students, and the program by ensuring timely scheduling, data accuracy, and compliant processes.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience, plus 3+ years in business development or relationship management, and strong MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3+ years in business development/relationship management.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail with ability to multitask.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Researches and manages relationships with agency sites for student field experiences and program partners.
• Oversees affiliation agreements by obtaining contracts and managing renewals/terminations.
• Maintains relationships with agency partners for student/site satisfaction and successful field experiences.
• Acts as first point of contact for faculty, students and partners and escalates issues as needed.
• Coordinates and attends events such as Clinical Partner Summit and consortium meetings.
• Maintains partnerships with site contacts to ensure strong relationships and adequate inventory.
• Keeps knowledge of Chamberlain's curricula to communicate with stakeholders.
• Participates in academic planning by monitoring inventory and scheduling.
• Performs data entry in systems of record for real-time reporting at national level.
• Extracts data from systems for stakeholders and ensures compliance with partner requirements.
