Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee off-site clinical facilities within the RED+F portfolio and coordinate real estate development activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 10 years' full-time experience in facilities management/real estate/project management in healthcare
• Strong planning, oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of real estate development and facilities management for off-site clinical operations.
• Ensure interoperability with institutional personnel and vendors on projects.
• Manage day-to-day operations of all clinical off-site facilities and tenant coordination.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction among end-users of the clinical space.
• Develop annual budgets for space within the clinical portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulators (DOH, Joint Commission, CMS).
