Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Manager of Real Estate Transactions to lead leasing and acquisition activities across the health system. You will manage negotiations for leases, licenses, and related instruments, coordinating with landlords, brokers, attorneys, and internal teams from conception to implementation in the REDF portfolio.

The role requires analyzing space needs, preparing budgets, and delivering executive presentations for approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Superior negotiating, organization, and project management skills.
• Strong communication, quantitative and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing and acquisition of real property for administrative, clinical, and research space.
• Lead negotiations for sales, leases, licenses, easements and other instruments; coordinate across external and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in managing the Real Estate portfolio and resolve lease disputes.
• Prepare budgets of projected development and occupancy costs; monitor budget performance.
