Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience with K-12 schools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate practicum and teacher certification placement processes, including collection, review, and tracking of placement information and required documentation.
• Serve as a primary contact for candidates regarding placement timelines, requirements, status updates, and routine questions.
• Identify incomplete or time-sensitive items and follow up with candidates and staff to support timely placement completion.
• Communicate with K-12 school partners about placement availability, assignments, site requirements, and logistics.
