Job summary

University of Missouri-Columbia seeks a Program Manager I in Student Support Services to coordinate clinical compliance and onboarding across Missouri and other states. The role supports faculty, students, preceptors, and sites, ensuring regulatory standards are met and documentation is current.

The position requires at least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 2 years of related experience, with strong MS Office skills and excellent communication. Core hours are 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience are required.
• Experience with compliance-related processes or student services is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure student clinical compliance across sites and immunizations, background checks, drug screenings, and BLS where required.
• Coordinate clinical site onboarding and maintain liaison with partners across MO and other states.
• Manage compliance platforms and provide documentation for audits and site requirements.
