Qualifications

• 3-5 years of clinical practice in a hospital setting
• Knowledge in quality improvement activities and use of current evidence based practice
• Knowledge of change management theory and process

• Oversees data collection and analyzes opportunities for improvement.
• Assists team with data collection methods and definitions.
• Participates in chart abstraction for clinical outcomes.
• Analyzes data and guides recommendations using current evidence.

• Provides assessment using empirical evidence and frameworks.
• Communicates recommendations and engages stakeholders for change.
• Leads quality initiatives to improve clinical outcomes.
• Willing to travel to Advocate sites as needed.
