Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or related healthcare field required; if no Bachelor, must enroll in BSN within 2 years and complete within 5 years or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of clinical practice in a hospital setting
• Knowledge in quality improvement activities and use of current evidence-based practice
• Knowledge of change management theory and process
