Qualifications

• 3-5 years of clinical practice in a hospital setting
• Knowledge in quality improvement activities and use of current evidence-based practice
• Knowledge of change management theory and process

Responsibilities

• Identifies and uses appropriate evidence sources for projects assigned.
• Oversees systematic collection of data to assess projects and opportunities for improved outcomes.
• Assists the team in data collection methods and data definitions.
• Participates in chart abstraction for various outcomes per defined programs.
