• May practice telehealth per state licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance, quality initiatives, and evidence-based practice improvements.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patients, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the team to improve outcomes.
• Upholds a culture of safety and accurate EHR documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies following clinical protocols.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
• Provides age-specific care and maintains growth/development awareness.
