Job summary

Centerstone in Springfield, MO seeks a Clinical Evaluator to conduct comprehensive initial assessments for individuals of all ages. This role develops treatment plans, provisional diagnoses, and referral recommendations within School Based Services.

Responsibilities include safety planning, brief therapy when needed, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. A Master’s degree and state licensure are required, with full-time employment and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field is required.
• State licensure for location (LP, PLP, LPC, PLPC, LCSW, LMSW, PLMFT) is required.
• Background check, Relias training, and driving license with proof of insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings and assessments to determine eligibility for services.
• Develop treatment plans and provisional diagnoses as part of intake.
• Provide follow-up plans and crisis intervention as needed.
• Deliver brief therapy sessions and safety planning when appropriate.
• Coordinate with teams and participate in staff development activities.
• Maintain accurate client documentation within required timeframes.
