Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a Qualified Behavioral Health Provider to assess, diagnose, and treat clients with mental health challenges. The role requires a master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field, and licensure eligibility with the state board.

Qualifications

• Must hold a master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Must be able to obtain full licensure in the practicing state, including supervision hours and licensing exam.
• Willingness to provide telehealth services as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy under supervision to meet client goals.
• Conduct intake, screening, and comprehensive assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with regulatory standards.
• Document services accurately and maintain case notes per guidelines.
• Collaborate with treatment teams and participate in meetings.
• Assist with crisis situations and provide clinical consultation when needed.
