Job summary

Brightli in St. Louis, Missouri is seeking a licensed Clinical Evaluator to perform initial screenings and behavioral health assessments, develop provisional diagnoses, and connect individuals with appropriate services.

As part of a compassionate, interdisciplinary team, you will provide safety planning, crisis intervention, brief therapy, and collaborate to promote timely access to care. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Current Missouri licensure or provisional licensure as LPC, PLPC, LCSW, LMSW, LP, PLP, PLMFT, or LMFT.
• Knowledge of behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, safety planning, and referral coordination.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical-thinking skills, and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive screenings, assessments, and diagnostic evaluations to identify needs and determine services.
• Connect individuals with mental health and community programs aligning with treatment goals.
• Develop provisional diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and individualized plans.
• Provide brief therapeutic interventions, safety planning, and crisis support as needed.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up services to ensure timely access to care.
