Job summary

You will educate health care teams, participate in rounds, and support organizational ethics initiatives to prevent conflicts and improve patient care.

Qualifications

• Receives and responds to requests for ethics consultation.
• Advises on ethics inquiries from physicians, staff, patients and families using standardized processes.
• Educates providers and committees on best practices for ethical conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Manage ethics consultations and documentation for designated hospitals.
• Provide expert analysis and guidance on ethical issues.
• Lead rounds and present at ethics education events.
• Support hospital ethics committee and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
