Job summary

TriMedx, LLC seeks a seasoned Clinical Engineering Leader to own and optimize multi-site operations. You will drive uptime, compliance, and service quality while managing budgets and leading cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years in clinical engineering leadership or equivalent business leadership, a bachelor’s degree in electronics or engineering, and strong financial management capabilities. Senior-level responsibilities include stakeholder engagement and program oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in clinical engineering leadership or equivalent business leadership.
• Experience leading teams and driving operational performance.
• Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs) required.
• Technical certifications preferred: A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site clinical engineering operations and budgets.
• Build and coach a high-performing team.
• Translate metrics into actions to improve uptime and compliance.
• Partner with hospital executives to prepare for inspections.
