Job summary

Trimedx is seeking a leader in biomedical equipment management to guide hospital-based clinical engineering teams, align staffing and resources, and drive performance improvements.

You will coach technicians, apply KPIs to fix inefficiencies, and partner with hospitals to ensure regulatory readiness and high-quality service across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment (required).
• Leadership or team guidance experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of regulatory agencies (TJC, CAP, DNV) and operational performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations: align staffing, priorities, and resources.
• Lead a team of technicians; coach performance and accountability.
• Turn insight into action using KPIs to fix inefficiencies and improve operations.
• Be the partner hospitals trust: manage vendors and ensure readiness for inspections.
