Thomas Jefferson University seeks a Clinical Engineering Manager to lead biomedical/Imaging services across hospital sites. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, regulatory compliance, and project work, acting as the primary liaison to hospital leadership and external vendors.

Responsibilities include budget oversight, SLA/KPI reporting, equipment procurement, testing, installation, and staff training.

Formación

• Must have high school diploma; associates degree preferred.
• Vendor or model-specific service training certificates on five or more medical equipment types preferred.
• Experience leading clinical engineering teams and managing budgets is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Directs daily operations of biomedical/Imaging staff across sites.
• Oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment uptime, and regulatory compliance.
• Manages budgets, SLA/KPI reporting, and vendor/service contracts.
• Leads equipment selection, installation, testing, and user training for new devices.
• Identifies training needs and implements multi-site staff development.
