Responsibilities

• Repairs, installs, inspects, troubleshoots, and calibrates equipment.
• Leads new equipment evaluations, acquisitions, and installations.
• Reviews incident reports related to equipment malfunction or misuse and takes appropriate actions for patient safety.
• Provides in-service training to clinical engineering staff and oversees external contractors/vendors.
