Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• RN licensure and clinical healthcare experience required.
• Requires ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Knowledge of EHR systems and provider workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured onboarding for new providers and customize training by specialty and experience.
• Develop educational materials (tip sheets, videos, guides) with training teams.
• Provide rapid, high-quality support via email, chat, phone, and in-person sessions.
• Support system-wide Growth, Go-Lives, workflow redesign, and system upgrades.
• Help providers use the EHR efficiently to improve patient care and reduce admin burden.
• Contribute to initiatives reducing provider burnout and increasing satisfaction.
