Job summary

1103 Team Member Services is seeking a qualified clinical training specialist to conduct center inspections, provide nursing and lab education, and coordinate new center openings across states. You will certify staff as BAT/DUA and lead ongoing in-service training.

Requirements include LPN license, CPR, several CMA/CMAC certifications, 2+ years in clinical settings and 2+ years teaching experience; strong English communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in EMR and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare field preferred.
• 2+ years experience in clinical setting.
• 2+ years teaching experience preferred.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required.
• Basic Life Support - CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts monthly center inspections, nursing visits, diagnostic and pharmacy reviews.
• Tracks corrective actions from inspections.
• Performs new hire training and post-training assessments.
• Serves as BAT/DUA instructor and certifier for staff.
• Travel to multiple states for center openings and training.
