Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current and active Florida RN license.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of nursing experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Telemetry competency.
• Experience in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing orientation and education programs for staff.
• Educate nursing staff in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Telemetry courses.
• Provide daily rounds with clinical guidance and support.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Document observations and ensure compliance with policies.
• Participate in hospital PI activities and staff development.
